Profile – A highly qualified Chartered Financial Planner, David Price advises clients across a broad spectrum of financial planning matters, aimed at maximising client’s investments and minimising tax liabilities.

David started in financial services in 1980. Originally with Phoenix Assurance, then Lloyds Bank Insurance Services, he joined Campbell Fisk & Partners Limited, the forerunner of CFPML, in 1995.

Qualifications – Chartered Financial Planner, Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and holder of the Investment Management Certificate.  Graduate of the University of Sussex.

Likes/hobbies/interests – reading, walking, visiting art galleries and museums, and following both local sport and the fortunes of AFC Bournemouth – the mighty Cherries!

Toni Fox - CFPML Chartered Financial Planners


ProfileA highly qualified Chartered Financial Planner, Toni also advises clients across a broad spectrum of financial planning matters, aimed at maximising client’s investments, minimising tax liabilities, as well as planning for retirement.

Toni began her career working in pensions of a leading insurance company before moving to a Pensioneer Trustee Company specialising in Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes. She subsequently moved into the intermediary market, where she gained invaluable experience in Life Assurance, Pensions, Employee Benefits and Investments,  joining Campbell Fisk & Partners Limited, the forerunner of CFPML, in 1995.

After attaining the Full Financial Planning Certificate, Toni went on to qualify as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Member of the Pensions Management and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and in 2005 was one of the first advisers in the country to be granted Chartered Financial Planner status. In 2012 Toni was awarded  Certified Financial Planner accreditation from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and more recently achieved the Investment Management Certificate qualification from the CFA Institute.

Brian Dudley - CFPML Chartered Financial Planners


Profile Brian is an independent financial adviser who has been advising business owners and Directors of small businesses, in all aspects of financial and employee services for them and their businesses, with over 23 years’ experience in financial planning.    This ranges from private client work to providing advice to companies and international wealth management organisations.  Brian has worked for Lloyds Bank as well as both national and regional IFA practices.  

He specialises in inheritance tax planning, trustee investment management and working with small businesses. He says the best part of the job is meeting and working with clients and believes the recipe for good financial planning is simply putting clients first and taking care of what is important.

Qualifications – Member of Personal Finance Society & Diploma in Financial Planning including G60 (pensions) & G10 (taxation & trusts).

Likes/hobbies/interests – In his spare time Brian enjoys travelling when possible.  He is married and recently become a father again and is enjoying life with the new family member.  

Dislikes – Having spent a few years in Singapore, Brian still struggles with the UK weather!

Helen Finn - CFPML Chartered Financial Planners


ProfileHelen oversees administration/sales support to advisers for Life, Pensions and Investments, whilst maintaining our compliance procedures and providing full organisational and management support to the team, to help ensure the smooth running of the office.  

Helen has 18 years’ experience within the financial services industry, starting her career at Reliance Mutual, then progressing to be a group pension administrator for a financial advisers in Tunbridge Wells before joining Campbell Fisk & Partners in 2004.  

Qualifications – Financial Planning Certificate no.1, CF3 Financial Protection, working knowledge of in- house databases eg, Iress and various management courses certificates.

Likes/hobbies/interests – Having a 6 year old son and a German Shepherd x Collie dog, keep her fit and busy!  She also swims once a week.    

Dislikes – weak coffee

Tyler Scrafton - CFPML Chartered Financial Planners


Profile – Tyler obtains undertakes day to day administration, keeping clients data up to date, informing clients of relevant information via letter and email, and liaising with third parties on their behalf. Tyler joined in 2017.

Qualifications – A levels

Likes/hobbies/interests – Semi-professional footballer, skiing and keeping fit.

Dislikes – Spaghetti and being cold

Fiona Price - CFPML Chartered Financial Planners


Profile – Using a Sage accounting programme Fiona helps administer the accounts and paying invoices. She worked 11 years as a clerical assistant in financial services with Phoenix Assurance, TSB and Wilfred T. Fry & 21 years at Ashdown Primary School, previously as a teaching assistance, latterly as office accounts administrator.

Qualifications – City & Guilds in office studies and in computing; Open University introduction to bookkeeping.

Likes – Detective stories, old stone buildings, cooking.

Dislikes – Celery, smelly cheese
